Urbana 25 will take place at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The conference starts on Sunday afternoon, December 28, 2025, and will conclude with a final general session that welcomes in the new year, concluding on January 1, 2026 by 12:30 AM.

If you attended Summer Retreat and register before June 1st, your hotel cost will be scholarshipped!
Registration closes on Monday, October 27th at 11:59pm CT.$25 deposit is nonrefundable.
When you register, you will be charged a $25 non-refundable deposit. Then in November, once all scholarships and other discounts have been applied, you will receive a notice to pay your remaining balance.
We want everyone to be able to go to InterVarsity events! We have scholarship money available to help you make it work.

LeadXperience is a cohort designed for students who are passionate about accelerating and deepening their Christian leadership skills and experience. You will have training before Urbana, and have the opportunity to lead three Bible studies and attend five LeadXperience sessions during Urbana.
The cost of travel, housing, and meals is not included in the cost of attending Urbana.
Meals are not provided at Urbana, besides breakfast at the hotel. There will be space in the schedule to get food and there are many options of restaurants close to the convention center.

You have to book your own travel to Urbana, we are just collecting data to help I&I students coordinate travel.
You do not need to have your travel plans already booked to register - if you're not sure where you're flying from/to, you can write that you don't know.
Reminder: You will need a Real ID or passport to fly to Phoenix.
