About Summer Retreat!

Join students from your campus along with others from campuses in Indiana & Illinois for a week away after finals. There will be time with God, time with community, time to relax, and time for fun!

Which Week Should I Register For?

Based on academic schedules, here are some of the schools coming to each week.

If your school isn't listed or you'd like to attend a different week, we'd love to have you join us! Please talk with your staff worker about this possibility.

Registration Options

When you register, you will be charged a $25 non-refundable deposit. The week before Summer Retreat, once all scholarships and other discounts have been applied, you will receive a notice to pay your remaining balance.

We want everyone to be able to go to InterVarsity events! We have scholarship money and deferred payment plans available to help you make it work.

If you express interest in either option, your student leader or staff will follow up with you.

Winter Retreat and Greek Conference Discount

If you attended Winter Retreat 2024 or Greek Conference 2024 you will automatically receive a $50 scholarship for Summer Retreat 2024.

Housing Requests

Staff Roommate Request: You'll be roomed with 1-3 other staff. We will do our best to honor staff preferences, but cannot guarantee it.

If you are bringing children, please let us know their names and ages. Also please register each family member and communicate any preferences or needs to the AA and director for your week. We will do our best to accommodate preferences communicated early, but we can make no promises.
